Doggy Rain Dance
I am one of those people who hate wasting days. You know when someone asks
"So what did you do today?"
And you reply with
"Uhhh, nothing"
Yeah well that's where my day was headed today, into the never land of nothing. I mean don't get me wrong my bed and I have the strongest relationship out. But my quest was set, I had to get up. So I did.
It was raining outside and instead of curling up with a hot chocolate and watching a movie i simply walked outside fully clothed.
Then I danced in the rain with my dog.
To my surprise it was the funniest, greatest thing I could have done and my dog thoroughly enjoyed himself too.
Hahaha well I guess this was a kind of pointless post but maybe one day you too will have the urge to dance in the rain with your dog or maybe even your cat (hmm good luck with the cat). Bahahaha :)

Dare Day.
So today was the day, I was finally doing it, our dare day consisted of four girls including me, which was split into two pairs. We held it at a local shopping centre and started at the same place. We were handed a list of twelve dares, the rules were on the list and the first team back to the certain spot would reign champions.
The dares ranged from 'I am not doing this' to 'that's easy' on the dare-o-meter, the day consisted of many long belly laughs for all competitors and most probably left some very dazed and confused shoppers/shop staff who ended up just laughing in the end.
Overall it was a fun filled, hilarious yet sometimes embarrassing day. It's heaps of fun and I was thinking it would even be an awesome Idea for a birthday! Well my childhood dream of a dare day has been granted and fully fulfilled!
Now what's next...

More Cute, More Quirky
Today a friend and I went searching for some 1920's costumes bits and Bobs for a party were attending and stumbled across the two most adorable, quirky little shops. They contained hundreds of treasures, from old style milk bottles filled with body wash to amazing home decor. Then there was upstairs which was filled with retro tshirts, homemade candles and an abundance of other gems! I could've bought the entire shop! So if your ever on the Gold Coast in Queensland be sure to check out Urban Groove in James Street, Burleigh Heads. It's AMAZING!
James Street has to be one of my favourite places on the Coast!! Simply because once you've had a look there you can scoot across the road to try, in my opinion, the best fresh juices on the Gold Coast at the fruit and vege shop. They whisk fruit straight from their shop into the blender. Couldn't be anymore Perfect! Boutiques line the street and there are many delicous places to eat including Govindas an amazing vegetarian restaurant and the sushi bar. They are my two favourites! So I'll stop ranting now, but like i said if your ever on the Gold Coast, James Street in Burleigh Heads is a MUST!!
